We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most merchandise purchased online. If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return.

How to Start a Return

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA). Please contact our team before sending anything back; merchandise returned without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Return Conditions

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise is not returnable after 30 days.
• Items must be received in the same condition in which they were sent.
• A 15% restocking fee applies to returned merchandise.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale and cannot be returned:

• All detachers. Defective detachers may be exchanged for a replacement only.
• Installation services.
• All international orders.
